Buyer FAQs

Can RF Machining make pump shaft sleeves from a sample?

Yes. A sample can be reviewed together with photos, material information and any known fit or surface-finish requirements. A drawing is still preferred when tolerances, runout or coating thickness are critical.

Are these standard pump shaft sleeves?

No. RF Machining focuses on custom pump shaft sleeves made according to customer drawings or samples rather than universal standard sleeves.

Can surface treatments such as hard chrome or QPQ be arranged?

In-house machining is separated from partner processes. Hard chrome plating, nitriding, QPQ, heat treatment and coating requirements can be arranged through long-term partners when specified.
