Machining and surface treatment

RF Machining helps customers coordinate the complete manufacturing process from material preparation, CNC turning and milling, heat treatment, hard chrome plating, nitriding, welded overlay, Stellite 6 hardfacing when specified, final machining and dimensional inspection.
CNC turning, milling, drilling, tapping and slotting are confirmed from the supplied drawing, sample or assembly reference.
Heat treatment, hard chrome plating, nitriding, QPQ, welded overlay and related surface-treatment requirements are managed according to the drawing and order scope.
When parts require coating, plating or overlay, finish machining and dimensional inspection are coordinated against the final drawing requirements.
