Machining and surface treatment

One-Stop Machining & Surface Treatment for Pump and Valve Components

Many pump and valve components require more than CNC machining. RF Machining helps customers coordinate the complete manufacturing process from material preparation, CNC turning and milling, heat treatment, hard chrome plating, nitriding, welded overlay, Stellite 6 hardfacing when specified, final machining and dimensional inspection.

Machining first

CNC turning, milling, drilling, tapping and slotting are confirmed from the supplied drawing, sample or assembly reference.

Coordinated surface treatment

Heat treatment, hard chrome plating, nitriding, QPQ, welded overlay and related surface-treatment requirements are managed according to the drawing and order scope.

Final machining after treatment

When parts require coating, plating or overlay, finish machining and dimensional inspection are coordinated against the final drawing requirements.

Inspection Support

Key dimensions, coating-related dimensions and agreed material or surface-treatment records can be checked before shipment.
