Drawing-based pump components and hardfaced valve trim
Small and medium batch machining for drawing-based pump components, hardfaced valve trim and other custom pump and valve components.

Real workshop · Drawing-based manufacturing
Machined pump sleeves, wear rings, bushings and balance components; hardfaced valve seats, seat rings, discs and plugs; and other drawing-based pump and valve components manufactured or finished according to customer drawings, material, overlay and inspection requirements.
Two core supply areas
Two equal drawing-based supply areas, each supported by verified component and manufacturing evidence.
Shaft sleeves, wear rings, bushings, balance components and special-pump parts made or finished from customer drawings or samples.
Drawing-based valve seats, seat rings, discs and plugs with order-specific overlay, finish machining and inspection requirements.
Pump components
Shaft sleeves, wear rings, bushings, balance components and special-pump parts reviewed from customer drawings or samples.
Custom pump shaft sleeves made to drawing for industrial pumps, including mechanical seal sleeves, packing sleeves, spacer sleeves, collars and bearing-related wear sleeves. RF Machining reviews fit, runout, surface finish and treatment requirements from customer drawings or samples.
Drawing-based pump wear rings for casing and impeller positions. In some pump drawings, seal ring is used as a naming variant for this hard part rather than for an O-ring, rubber seal, or mechanical-seal face.
Drawing-based pump bushings and guide bushings for bearing, guide or throat-bushing requirements. Throat bushing is used only when the customer drawing or pump-seal-chamber context defines that application.
Drawing-based balance discs and balance rings for multistage pumps, including boiler feed pumps and other high-pressure pump applications that use axial-thrust balancing parts.
Drawing-based machined components for small and medium pump OEMs and special pump manufacturers, including canned motor, sealless, magnetic drive, chemical and LPG pump applications.
Hardfaced valve trim
Valve trim overview, seats and seat rings, and discs and plugs remain distinct component scopes; ST6 is handled as an order-specific hardfacing requirement.
RF Machining supplies drawing- or sample-based finished components, not complete valves. Responsibility for complete-valve design, the pressure-retaining boundary, assembly, pressure testing, certification and valve performance remains with the valve manufacturer or design authority. Manufacturing scope is reviewed for each trim geometry and specified working surface.
RF Machining supplies drawing- or sample-based finished components, not complete valves. Responsibility for complete-valve design, the pressure-retaining boundary, assembly, pressure testing, certification and valve performance remains with the valve manufacturer or design authority. Seat and seat-ring terminology is applied according to the component geometry and the customer's valve drawing.
RF Machining supplies drawing- or sample-based finished components, not complete valves. Responsibility for complete-valve design, the pressure-retaining boundary, assembly, pressure testing, certification and valve performance remains with the valve manufacturer or design authority. Disc and plug terminology is applied according to the closure-member geometry identified by the customer drawing.
Machining and surface treatment
CNC machining, drawing-defined hardfacing, partner surface treatments, final machining and inspection are managed according to the agreed manufacturing route.
Special pump applications
Start with the special-pump overview, then use the application pages when the component and operating context match.
Drawing-based machined components for small and medium pump OEMs and special pump manufacturers, including canned motor, sealless, magnetic drive, chemical and LPG pump applications.
Custom machined sleeves, washers, collars, bushings and bearing-related components for canned motor pump applications, including Ni60 sprayed and ground parts when specified by customer drawings. RF Machining supplies drawing-based parts, not complete canned motor pumps.
Custom machined components for chemical pumps, magnetic drive pumps and sealless pump applications, including sleeves, bushings, collars, wear rings and other parts made from customer drawings.
Custom machined sleeves, collars and wear-surface components for LPG pump applications, made according to customer drawings and technical requirements. RF Machining supplies drawing-based pump components, not complete LPG pumps.
Quality and workshop evidence
Real workshop, machining, dimensional inspection and redacted record evidence supports buyer review without exposing customer drawings or order details.
