Does RF Machining manufacture LPG pumps?

No. RF Machining supplies drawing-based machined components such as sleeves, collars and wear parts for pump applications. Complete LPG pump design and assembly are outside our scope.

Can hard chrome plated LPG pump sleeves be quoted?

Yes. Hard chrome requirements can be quoted when the drawing defines base material, plating thickness, final dimensions, hardness, finish and inspection items.

Is grinding required after hard chrome plating?

It depends on the drawing. If final size, roundness, runout or surface roughness is critical, grinding or polishing after plating may be required and should be specified in the RFQ.

What should be included in an LPG pump sleeve RFQ?

Please provide drawings, base material, quantity, plating thickness, final dimensions, surface finish, hardness, runout and any inspection requirements.
