Drawing-based pump components and hardfaced valve trim
Small and medium batch machining for drawing-based pump components, hardfaced valve trim and other custom pump and valve components.
Canned motor pump component machining
Canned motor pump sleeve and machined washer with Ni60 nickel-based alloy coating and grinding
Custom machined sleeves, washers, collars, bushings and bearing-related components for canned motor pump applications, including Ni60 sprayed and ground parts when specified by customer drawings. RF Machining supplies drawing-based parts, not complete canned motor pumps.
Canned motor pump component requirements are confirmed from the customer's drawing, sample and application notes. Typical work may include sleeves, collars, washers, bushings, spacers, bearing-related parts and wear components. Ni60 nickel-based alloy spray coating and grinding can be reviewed when the drawing defines the coating area, allowance, final dimensions and inspection requirements. RF Machining does not design or manufacture complete canned motor pumps, motor assemblies or hydraulic pump systems.
No. RF Machining manufactures drawing-based machined components for pump applications. Complete pump design, motor design and hydraulic performance remain with the customer's engineering team.
Sleeves, collars, bushings, spacers, bearing-related components and custom wear parts can be quoted when the drawing defines the geometry, material and inspection requirements.
Hard chrome and nitriding requirements can be reviewed from the drawing. For Ni60 or other thermal spray, specify the material/process, spray area, grinding allowance, finished size/coating thickness and bond strength when applicable. Welded hardfacing is reviewed separately from thermal spray and requires its own filler/consumable grade, area, machining allowance, finished minimum overlay thickness and dilution requirement when applicable. Some processes are coordinated with long-term partners.
Yes. Customer drawings, names and order details are handled as confidential RFQ materials and are not published without permission.
