Buyer FAQs

Does RF Machining manufacture complete canned motor pumps?

No. RF Machining manufactures drawing-based machined components for pump applications. Complete pump design, motor design and hydraulic performance remain with the customer's engineering team.

Which canned motor pump parts can be quoted?

Sleeves, collars, bushings, spacers, bearing-related components and custom wear parts can be quoted when the drawing defines the geometry, material and inspection requirements.

Can hard chrome, nitriding or hardfacing be included?

Surface treatment requirements can be included when the drawing or RFQ defines the treatment, final dimensions, hardness and inspection requirements. Some processes are coordinated with long-term partners.

Can you quote confidential OEM drawings?

Yes. Customer drawings, names and order details are handled as confidential RFQ materials and are not published without permission.
