Buyer FAQs

Does RF Machining select chemical pump materials?

No. RF Machining can review customer-specified materials and equivalent standard grades when specifications are provided, but material compatibility should be confirmed by the buyer's engineering team.

Can you make magnetic drive pump components?

Machined components for magnetic drive or sealless pump applications can be quoted when they are defined by drawings, samples and technical requirements.

Can wear rings and bushings be included?

Yes. Wear rings, bushings, sleeves, collars and bearing-related pump parts can be quoted according to drawing-defined dimensions, fits and inspection requirements.

Can RF Machining replace OEM parts without drawings?

No. Photos can support early communication, but quotation and production usually require drawings, sample dimensions or customer-confirmed technical requirements.
